All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payments via Paystack, Ozow, Peach Payments, and Payfast. By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that the payment information provided is accurate and authorized.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded promptly.
We ship physical products to addresses within South Africa. Delivery times are estimated at 3–7 business days after order processing. Free shipping applies to orders over R750. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the courier. Please inspect your package upon arrival and report any damage immediately.
Physical Products: Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect. To initiate a return, contact us at returns@naturalhealingessentials.co.za.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Notify us within 7 days with photo evidence for a replacement or full refund.
Digital Products (eBooks, Guides, Programs): Due to their digital nature, these are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
Consultations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
Our herbs are wildcrafted and processed in a facility that handles botanicals. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, individuals with severe allergies should consult their doctor before use. Do not exceed recommended dosages. Keep out of reach of children. Pregnant or nursing women should seek medical advice prior to use.
